Apart from being the consummate professional and a truly great singer (possibly one of America’s most underrated), Kyle has the ability, as a front man, to really engage the audience’s imagination and transport them to a place far from the troubles of everyday life. When playing with him, I knew he would always deliver 100%. All this, and he’s a wonderful bass player too!

Of all the groups I worked with, I found Kyle’s ’80s band, the Producers, to be the most clever, the most proficient in the studio, the most collaborative, and the most enjoyable. We recorded their two albums in just a few weeks each, and the whole process was an enjoyable and very positive learning experience for me. While they have a solid following and are highly regarded by their fans, if one or two things had been different (especially the particular CBS Records label they landed on), they certainly would have achieved a far greater success.
